The items will be shipped within three days after the confirmation of order, and in case the items are not immediately available, we will send you a message to keep you informed about it.
Shipment will be carried out through carriers appointed by SienaShop .
In case of theft/loss of the package SienaShop will send you a new item and, in case it is not available and/or out of stock, we will suggest you another product with the same features,. The customer will be entitled to accept or refuse this new product and to require the issue of a credit note for that product.
The delivery times are reported just as an indication and are of about 2/3 working days from shipment, but it could be affected by changes in case of circumstances beyond our control or for traffic in general or by act of authorities.
