- How can I buy products from SienaShop?
If you would like to buy products from SienaShop, you can choose one of the following methods: - METHOD N.1 (Orders through Website): Just register and log in (that's free!) filling all the requested fields eith your anagraphical data and address for shipping. Put the products you would like to buy into the shopping cart by clicking "BUY NOW" and go on with the procedure choosing the payment ans shipping option you prefer. - METHOD N.2 (Orders through e-mail): Please, send an e-mail using the "CONTACT US" form on the bar at the top of the page, supplying your anagraphical data and detailing all the products you would like to receive, for instance: - Name and Surname - Your e-mail address (please, check that it is spelled correctly) - Full address (Street, N., CAP, City) - Telephone number - Chosen payment option - Items and quantities.

- What shall i do if the received items are damaged?
When you receive the package, please, accurately check that it does not bring clear signs of damage or pilfering. If this is the case, it is better not to keep that and send it back to the sender. Moreover, we kindly ask you to send us an e-mail to inform us of the problem, so that we will be able to check the package when we receive it. If the damaged or tampered package is kept by the customer, its replacement would be more difficult. Anyway, please take some pictures of the package BEFORE opening it, in order to prove the damage of the package and request the replacement of the damaged item.

- How long can I wait before carrying out payment?
Maximum time admitted for bank transfers, postal orders, PostePay recharge is 10 working days. After that time, we will remove the order from our database.
